SUGAR PLUM FESTIVALS

Today I'd like to share photos of Disneyland Paris and Hong Kong at Halloween!

Not too much information about whether these theme parks go all out - America is the primary country on the globe to celebrate Halloween. Other countries seem to be "catching" up celebrating it, but only in the visual sense.

PARIS

Beautiful Halloween displays! They do have face painting artists painting faces - but costume dressing not so much for either Cast Members and patrons.

The Haunted Mansion's (Phantom Manor) storyline is connected with Big Thunder Mountain (which is right next to it). The storyline is HUGE - too long to even want to narrate.  But if you'd like too read it, click this link:

I do use the Phantom Mansion's soundtrack in my music que - the female phantom singing/humming the Haunted Mansion tune is awesome!

I do love the Grim Reaper pulling the ferry of "souls"! Esthetically - awesome. Halloween spirit - eh.

Hong Kong Halloween

HUGE HALLOWEEN PARADE with a HUGE JACK SKELLINGTON!

Why Anaheim Disneyland doesn't have this, I have no idea - BUT WE NEED ONE!

I also found a few neat creepy displays at Hong Kong!

Halloween esthetics appears to be focused on Nightmare Before Christmas (LOVE IT!) and the Hong Kong Disneyland actually allows creepy zombie Cast Members! Anaheim does not allow it (in fear of being "too scary").

Patrons appear to try to be in costume (did not supply those photos) - but not like here in America - but hey, they're trying!

Below is a link of the parade. FOR ME, OF COURSE, it's all about JACK!

I think you'll agree - Anaheim needs a HUGE JACK SKELLINGTON!

They serve a Black Sausage Hot Dog and a Black Gyoza Bun...
I'll pass!

Hong Kong Disneyland does have their own version of Haunted Holiday Mansion adorned with Nightmare Before Christmas - but I'll save that for later!

(Paris doesn't do Nightmare Before Christmas - BEYOND HORRIBLE!)
